Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers.
Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation of new hires.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Maintain healthy communication between management and staff.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Prepare and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, relieving, etc.).
Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of HR data and sensitive employee information.
Training & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with managers.
Organize internal/external training programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and feedback.
Performance Management
Assist in execution of appraisal processes.
Coordinate with managers on performance tracking.
