Develop recruitment plans
: Create strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job descriptions, job specifications, and recruitment materials
Advertise job openings
: Post jobs on job sites, social media, and newspapers, and attend career fairs
Screen resumes
: Review resumes and select candidates to move forward in the hiring process
Conduct interviews
: Interview candidates in person or by phone
Perform background checks
: Verify a candidate's background and references
Negotiate offers
: Work with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate salary packages and job titles
Onboard new hires
: Ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial conversation through onboarding
Provide recruiting reports
: Give management and the team frequent recruiting reports and assessments
