Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and monthly/quarterly reports.
Track key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, recruitment efficiency, training hours, and employee engagement scores.
2. Presentation & Documentation
Create visually engaging HR presentations and reports for management review.
Prepare HR PPTs for leadership meetings, town halls, and employee communications.
Ensure all reports and presentations are accurate, concise, and visually appealing.
3. Data Management & Compliance
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and data protection guidelines.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with various HR sub-functions (Recruitment, L&D, Payroll, Employee
Engagement) to gather relevant data and insights.
Support HR leadership in preparing analytical inputs for strategy planning and decision-
making.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, conditional
formatting, etc.).
Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
Familiarity with HRMS tools and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an advantage.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise
manner.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR analytics, operations, reporting, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of HR metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
