Maintain compliance with labor laws and ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Assist in employee performance reviews and contribute to their professional development plans.
Organize and coordinate training sessions, aligning learning initiatives with business objectives.
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Maintain HR databases and generate detailed reports for management review.
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in HR roles (preferably in the EdTech/IT sector).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
