Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment activities
: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the
onboarding and induction process
for new employees.
Maintain and update
employee records
and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in
payroll inputs
and manage
leave and attendance records
.
Support the development and implementation of
HR policies and procedures
.
Handle
employee engagement activities
and contribute to a healthy workplace culture.
Address basic
employee grievances
and support in disciplinary processes as needed.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in
Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of experience
in an HR Generalist role or equivalent.
Good knowledge of
HR functions
(recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs).
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Knowledge of
labour laws
and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
