Job Title: HR Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibility

- Need to handle end-end recruitment

- screening the profiles and managing the interviews with stakeholders

- Negotiate with candidate and finalize CTC.

- Need to handle entire employee life cycle processes - From onboarding to Exit interview.

- Maintaining MIS data and HRMS

- Need to check BGV

- Plan and facilitate induction programs to introduce new employees to the company's culture, value policies and procedures

Key Skills: Key Skills:

- Very good written and verbal communication

- Working knowledge of Job Portal - Naukri/Linkedin/Drives/WhatsApp group channels etc

Industry: Banking/NBFC/Housing Finance industry only

Gender: Male candidates

Experience: 2-4 years' work experience in the field of human resource, with at least 2-3 years in NBFC/HFC Sector

Job Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: HO HR

Qualification: Bacholer Degree/MBA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Relocation candidates: No

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
