Job Description

HR Administration



? Providing administrative support to Human Resources department.

? Maintaining employee personnel files with all documentation when and where required.

? Dealing with employee complaints and grievances.

? Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

? Salary accounts initiation,ID Cards issue,Issue of Appointment Letters.

? MIS/Employee Master data base updating.

? Issuing appointment, Relieving, Service, Memo's, Promotion & Experience letters.

? Taking care of Annual & Pre-employment health checks as per company Norms.

? Providing information to payroll for new joiners of the month, along with salary deductions list & hold salary information.

? To corodinate with team for no dues and full & final settlement for resigned employees.

? Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies to employees.

? Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.

? Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, memo, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.

? Coordinating for Departmental induction forms of new joiners

Inductions &Training



? Organising inductions and training for new employees.

? Handling new hire paperwork including issue of Biometric access

? Co coordinating with all departments for annual training calendar

? Generating training codes for topics given

? Entry of new joinees in Jeeva module.

? Scheduling HR training on a monthly basis and entry of marks in Jeeva.

Employee Engagement



? Effectively managing welfare measures, management -employee events like Annual day,Sports Day,Women's day, Christmas party celebrations.

? Handling special request process like Marriage gift coupons, funeral expenses etc.

? Co-ordinating for Best employee Awards, Children Scholarship Awards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
