Role Overview:

The HR Executive will play a key role in handling core HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and ensuring HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for people development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS systems. Assist in payroll preparation and leave management. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports and assist in audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of hands-on experience in HR roles. Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in a startup or a fast-growing company. Certification in HR is a plus.
