Job Description


  • Brief Description:Payroll management
  • Attendance and leave management
  • Knowledge of PF ,ESIC and Labor Laws.
  • Handling employee grievances.
  • Formulation of policies for employees.
  • Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
  • Implement Employee Recognition Programs
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews

Experience:Min 1 year - 3 year
Qualification & Requirements:MBA Preferred
