Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
Implement Employee Recognition Programs
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews
Experience:Min 1 year - 3 year Qualification & Requirements:MBA Preferred
