Job Description

Training & Development

Design and implement training programs for sales, customer service, and inventory teams. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires. Organize periodic refresher training for existing staff.
Performance Management

Set up KPIs for sales and support staff. Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews. Identify skill gaps and suggest improvement plans. Maintain employee performance records.
HR Operations

Support hiring and interview coordination when required. Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and basic compliance. Help build a positive, productive workplace culture.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,411.14 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
