Conduct Training Need Analysis for sales and other departments.
Create and deliver training for sales onboarding, product knowledge, communication, and soft skills.
Organize induction and orientation for new joiners.
Coordinate training schedules, materials, and logistics.
Track training attendance, assessments, and performance improvement.
Maintain training MIS and reports.
Support employee engagement and basic HR operations.
