Job Description

Qualification Required:

BE/ B Tech, MBA (Human Resource), MSW

Roles & Responsibility:



Conducting training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.

Consulting with management and employees to determine training needs.

Evaluating employee performance and feedback to inform development strategies.

Aligning training programs with the organization's goals and objectives.

Designing, developing, and implementing training programs.

Facilitating professional development sessions and workshops.

Monitoring and reviewing trainees' progress and performance.

Gathering feedback from learners and concerns to improve programs.

Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.

Tracking and reporting on the success of training initiatives.
