Job Summary

The HR Executive - Learning & Development will be responsible for managing and strengthening the learning ecosystem at VIBES Healthcare. The role focuses on overseeing ongoing training modules, designing and managing structured induction training for new joiners, mapping individual learning journeys, and identifying training gaps across the organization. The position will also support recruitment and HR operations as part of the broader HR function.

Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development

Manage and monitor all ongoing training and learning modules across VIBES Healthcare's Clinics/Centres. Coordinate, and execute structured

induction training programs

for new joiners. Track the

end-to-end training journey

of each employee from onboarding onwards. Develop and manage proper training schedule the for new joiners and existing employees. Identify

training needs and skill gaps

through proper feedback, performance inputs, and stakeholder discussions. Ensure timely communication, scheduling, and documentation of all training initiatives. Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training reviews.

Recruitment Support

Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups, as and when required.

HR Operations Support

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives as required.

Skills & Competencies

Understanding of

Learning & Development concepts

and training lifecycle. Proper planning, coordination, and organizational skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR documentation. Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination ability.

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any or related field. MBA in HR is a plus.

Experience

1 yrs + of experience in HR with exposure to

Learning & Development, training coordination, or induction programs

. Experience in healthcare or service-oriented organizations will be an added advantage.
