We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage core HR operations at our Sonipat facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in attendance management, leave tracking, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational HR experience looking to grow in a structured and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Time Office Management
: Daily attendance tracking and reporting
Leave Management
: Monitor, record, and update employee leaves in HR systems
Payroll Inputs
: Share attendance & leave data with the payroll team

Employee Records
: Maintain up-to-date employee information and documentation
HR Operations Support
: Assist with onboarding, documentation, and policy communication
Coordination
: Liaison with internal departments for HR-related queries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education
: Any Graduate (HR specialization preferred)

Working knowledge of MS Excel & HR software/tools
Understanding of PF, ESIC, and basic labor law compliance
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
