We are scaling fast and looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive who can wear multiple hats, streamline operations, and free up leadership to focus on growth and business development.
Key Responsibilities
This is a onsite role encompassing HR, admin, and operational support functions. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Human Resources & People Engagement
Manage attendance, leave policies, and HR documentation (including NDAs, employee files, contracts, and company policies).
Drive employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and events.
Build and maintain a positive work culture that fosters collaboration and motivation.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Administrative & Operations
Invoice generation, vendor coordination, and basic accounting support.
Handle company documentation, drafting proposals, and preparing reports.
Support the CEO in day-to-day operational tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Content, Branding & Outreach
Manage LinkedIn and other social media accounts with creative and professional content.
Assist in writing blogs, website content, and marketing material.
Collaborate with the Business Development team for proposal drafting and documentation.
Support in planning and executing public engagement and corporate events.
Other Possible Contributions
Office management and vendor relationships.
Support in market research and competitor analysis.
Help identify productivity tools and implement process improvements.
Take ownership of tasks that help the CEO stay focused on business growth and sales.
Preferred Qualifications
BBA, MBA, or equivalent professional degree.
Native of Ahmedabad (local candidates strongly preferred).
Prior experience in HR/Admin/Operations is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Fluent in
English

Outspoken, proactive, and confident in handling public and internal engagement.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of social media, content writing, and event planning.
