Key Responsibilities



End-to-end recruitment & onboarding for teaching/non-teaching staff. Manage attendance, leave, payroll, PF/ESI/PT compliance. Handle employee records, contracts, appraisals, training & grievances. Ensure statutory & educational sector compliances. Prepare HR reports, policies & exit formalities.

Qualifications & Skills



Education

: MBA(HR) / MSW / PG Diploma in HR.

Experience

: 3-5 years (educational institution preferred).

Must-have

: Knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESI, gratuity. MS Excel + basic HR software. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Soft Skills

: Organized, discreet, people-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
