Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with department heads
Issue offer letters and appointment letters
Handle employee onboarding and induction process
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files (personal, attendance, leave, payroll)
Update HR databases and records regularly
Ensure proper documentation for new hires and exits
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Track attendance, leave, and late marks
Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll processing
Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory deductions
4. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
Promote a healthy and professional work culture
5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory formalities
Support audits and inspections if required
6. Performance & HR Activities
Assist in performance appraisal processes
Support training and development initiatives
Organize employee engagement activities
7. Exit Formalities
Conduct exit interviews
Process full and final settlement
Manage asset handover and clearance
Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
Bachelor's degree
MBA / PG Diploma in HR is an added advantage
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Experience
1-3 years of experience in HR operations

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
