We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and conducting employee orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback to managers and employees.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Assist with HR policy development and implementation to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or senior management.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience working in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
HR certification is a plus but not required.
