Job Description

Maintain employee files, attendance, leave, and HR databases

Handle employee documentation

(offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, exit letters)

Support payroll coordination and salary processing

Payroll & Administration :

Assisting with payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and coordinating compensation

Employee Relations:

Handling employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing engagement activities.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensuring compliance with labor laws, updating HR policies, and maintaining, confidential, up-to-date employee records.

Manages day-to-day human resources operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance

Statutory & Compliance


Qualification:

MBA in HR with

1+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
