Job Description

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

Proactively search for passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and industry networks.

Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers to create, update, and post detailed job descriptions.

Screening & Interviewing:

Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and facilitate in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.

Candidate Experience & Communication:

Manage communication, providing timely feedback to candidates to foster a positive brand image.

Offer Management & Onboarding:

Negotiate salary packages and facilitate the transition to onboarding.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain ATS records and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and pipeline progress to management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
