The HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires strong coordination skills and basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
HR Operations
Maintain employee master data, personal files, and records
Manage attendance, leave, and shift records
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team
Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.)
Compliance & Statutory Support
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, etc.)
Support audits and inspections when required
Ensure adherence to company HR policies
Employee Relations
Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries
Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes
Assist in employee engagement activities and events
Performance & Exit Process
Support performance appraisal process
Handle employee exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred
1-3 years of experience in HR operations
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
