Job Overview



We are hiring a dynamic and responsible HR professional to handle end-to-end human resource operations for our growing carbon cleaning, engine flushing, machine sales, and service business. The role focuses on recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance monitoring across service centers and operations.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Staffing

End-to-end recruitment for technicians, service advisors, sales executives, supervisors, office staff, and franchise support teams

Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews

Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees

Maintain employee records and documents

HR Operations



Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling

Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team

Handle employee grievances and workplace issues

Ensure discipline, professionalism, and company policies are followed

Performance & Training

Assist management in setting KPIs and performance targets

Monitor employee performance and provide reports

Coordinate training programs for technicians, sales staff, and franchise teams

Support incentive and appraisal processes

Good to have skills :



Experience in automotive / service industry

Knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll software

Experience in handling multi-location staff

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
