: HR Executive

HEFT Energy Pvt Ltd seeks a skilled HR Executive with 5 years of experience to manage payroll, HRMS operations, and employee welfare in our renewable energy EPC projects.

Position Summary

The HR Executive will oversee payroll processing, maintain HRMS systems, and ensure compliance with labor welfare regulations across Tamil Nadu sites like Sriperumbudur. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for our 11-50 employee team focused on solar, wind, and hybrid projects.?

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll, attendance tracking, and statutory deductions using HRMS software like greytHR or similar. Manage employee welfare funds, ESI/PF compliance, and site-specific labor welfare initiatives in EPC sector. Handle recruitment, JD drafting, onboarding, and exit formalities for site coordinators and technical staff. Maintain employee records, generate HR reports, and coordinate with admin teams for compliance documentation. Support employee engagement activities and resolve grievances to boost retention in project environments.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDHRM preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and HRMS implementation. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF/ESI, and welfare funds relevant to Tamil Nadu and EPC industry. Proficiency in MS Excel for payroll calculations and reporting, plus HRMS tools.
Preferred Skills

Experience in renewable energy or EPC sector for site-based HR coordination. Excellent communication for drafting formal emails and handling site admin. Familiarity with Tamil for regional employee interactions in South India.
