Job Description

RG Elder Care Foundation, a reputed elder care and healthcare service provider headquartered in Coimbatore, is seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Executive / HR Manager to join our team.
This role involves handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and payroll. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, interview, and onboard staff (nurses, caretakers, office staff, etc.)
Payroll & Attendance: Process payroll and maintain leave and attendance records
Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities
HR Policies: Maintain and implement HR policies, SOPs, and documentation
Performance Management: Support appraisals, training programs, and skill development initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR, MSW (HR), or BBA in HR
Experience: 2-5 years of HR experience (Healthcare / NGO sector preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary
?9,000 - ?16,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
