Looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Executive with strong expertise in RCM Medical billing domain hiring

Company: Techlead RCM Pvt Ltd

Location: Chennai, TVH Agnito IT Park, Kandanchavadi, Perungudi, Chennai

Shift Timing : 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM (Work from Office only)

Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in Primarily Recruitments and generalist roles.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Immediate Joiners Preferred or short notice.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our Human Resources operations in a fast-paced Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has basic HR exposure and wants to grow in Healthcare BPO/RCM HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

? Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level RCM roles (AR Callers, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, QA).

? Work with vendors, job portals, and campus drives to source candidates.

? Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

? Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure joining formalities are completed.

? Conduct employee orientation covering HIPAA awareness, RCM process overview, and

company policies.

Employee Engagement & Retention

? Organize engagement activities tailored for BPO/RCM workforce (floor activities, contests, recognition programs).

? Monitor employee pulse, address queries, and escalate grievances when needed.

? Support retention initiatives by conducting stay interviews and sharing insights with HR Manager.

Attendance, Payroll & Shift Management

? Track attendance, leaves, and shift adherence in coordination with Operations.

? Ensure accurate data is shared with payroll for timely salary processing.

? Support transport coordination for employees (if applicable for night shift teams).

Compliance & Documentation

? Maintain 100% accurate and audit-ready employee files.

? Ensure HRIS and internal trackers are updated with employee information.

? Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments compliance).

? Support internal audits and client compliance audits related to HR.

Training & Development Support

? Coordinate soft skills and process-related training sessions with L&D.

? Track new hire performance during probation period and escalate concerns.

Exit Management

? Coordinate resignation formalities, exit interviews, and clearance process.

? Share attrition analysis reports and suggest action points for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

? 1-2 years of HR experience in BPO/RCM/Healthcare operations preferred.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools.

? Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multi-shift workforce.

? Knowledge of basic Indian labour laws and compliance.
