Job Description

Role Objective



The HR Executive is responsible for

people discipline, process execution, hiring support, training coordination, KPI tracking, and culture implementation

.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for interns, trainees, and staff Bulk hiring from colleges (internship & entry-level roles) Conduct initial screening and interview coordination Prepare and issue: Offer letters Appointment letters Joining forms & documents Ensure

onboarding is completed within defined timeline


2. Attendance, Leave & Discipline



Maintain

daily attendance records

(manual / system-based) Track late coming, permissions, and leave approvals Highlight irregularities and repeated violations Support enforcement of company rules, circulars, and policies Coordinate salary inputs related to attendance and leave

3. KPI & Performance Tracking



Ensure employees fill

daily KPI / reporting formats

Track: Task completion Follow-ups Goal achievement Maintain monthly performance data Support management during reviews with

data, not opinions


4. Training & Development



Coordinate internal training programs: Communication Behaviour Discipline Company culture Maintain training attendance and feedback Ensure interns and new employees follow

learning structures

Track daily learning, PPT sessions, and self-development activities

5. Employee Engagement & Culture



Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns Help resolve minor conflicts with facts and structure Promote: Professional behaviour Respectful communication Team coordination Support engagement activities, meetings, and internal programs

6. Documentation & Compliance



Maintain HR files (physical + digital) Update HR trackers, Excel sheets, and formats Ensure SOPs, policies, and circulars are communicated clearly Coordinate exit formalities: Notice period tracking Relieving / experience letters

7. Coordination Role



Act as a

bridge between Management and Employees

Follow up on tasks assigned by management to departments Ensure instructions are understood and executed--not ignored

Required Skills & Traits



Strong follow-up mindset (no chasing excuses) Clear communication (Tamil required, basic English needed) Ability to handle pressure and employee resistance Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, basic HR tools Willing to learn systems (Zoho)

Experience & Qualification



Any graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory) 0-3 years experience in HR / Admin / Operations Freshers with

strong discipline and learning attitude
