Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports.
Collaborate with HR team on employer branding initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.
Drive initiatives to strengthen the company's employer brand through social media campaigns, career fairs, and university partnership
Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and maintain talent communities for future opening
Implement strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure inclusive recruitment practices
* Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) to optimize processes.
