Support recruitment, joining formalities, and induction
Maintain attendance, leave, OT, and payroll inputs
Handle unit-level statutory compliance and records
Manage employee relations and grievance handling
Coordinate training, engagement, and welfare activities
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and reports
Support exits, final settlements, and clearance process
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / MSW - HR
1-2 years of unit/plant HR experience
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
