Hiring Announcement: Branch HR Generalist Role in Dealership firm.

FPL Hyundai is looking for a dynamic and experienced Male/Female HR Professional to manage the full employee lifecycle across our branches.

Gender: Male/Female Experience: 3 to 5 years (Automobiles or Manufacturing industry preferred) Education: MBA (HR) / MSW / MA (HR) Language: Fluency in English & Tamil is preferred Primary Location: Chromepet / Ambattur/Koyambedu/Vanagaram Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End HR: Manage recruitment, on boarding, and exit formalities. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and mediate conflicts. Branch Visits: Conduct weekly visits (twice a week) to showrooms in Chrompet, Guduvanchery, Padappai, Koyambedu, Redhills & Retteri. Compliance & Payroll: Coordinate EPFO/ESIC grievances and oversee monthly wages and incentive compliance. Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
