Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding



Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offer rollout). Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain recruitment records and trackers.

HR Operations & Administration



Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit letters. Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Support performance appraisal processes.

Employee Relations



Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities. Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.

Compliance & Reporting



Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain statutory records and support audits. Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, headcount).
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,534.22 - ₹30,077.05 per month
