Recruitment & Onboarding:
Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate new hire orientation.
Employee Records:
Maintain and update employee files, databases, attendance, and leave records.
Benefits & Payroll:
Assist with benefits administration, track leave, and support payroll processing.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, help with policy updates.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between employees, management, and HR; answer inquiries.
HR Projects:
Support HR initiatives, performance reviews, and prepare reports/presentations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/database tools.
Excellent organizational, communication (written/verbal), and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Experience in administrative support, with HR background a plus.
