We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team at Thousand Lights. This is a
generalist role
that requires hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
recruitment process
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle
employee lifecycle activities
including joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.
Maintain and update
HR records, attendance, and payroll inputs
.
Support in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate and execute
employee engagement activities
.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Prepare HR-related reports and MIS for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any
Undergraduate degree
(specialization not mandatory).
2-3 years of experience in
HR generalist functions
.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in handling HR activities in
SMEs or mid-sized organizations
.
Knowledge of
labour laws and statutory compliance
.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
