Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure accuracy in HR databases and reporting systems
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support performance management, appraisals, and feedback processes
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
Policy & Compliance
Implement HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
Support audits and internal HR reviews
Training & Development
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs
Support learning and development initiatives
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of
HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management
Familiarity with
HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in
HRMS tools, MS Office, and documentation practices
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in
EdTech, IT, or service-based organizations

Experience Requirement
