Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Handling employee onboarding and documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
Assisting in performance management and appraisal processes
Handling employee queries and basic grievance support
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed
Coordinating with management for HR-related activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and work independently
