Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

End-to-end recruitment, job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts.

Onboarding & Training:

Coordinating new hire inductions, documentation, and developing/delivering training programs.

Employee Relations:

Managing grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive culture.

Performance Management:

Overseeing appraisals, monitoring performance, and creating development plans.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administering payroll, benefits (health, retirement), and leave management.

Policy & Compliance:

Drafting, updating, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws.

Employee Engagement:

Organizing events, wellness programs, and surveys to boost morale and engagement.

HR Administration:

Maintaining accurate employee records, handling exit formalities (interviews, offboarding), and HR reporting.
Core Functions:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

From hiring to exit.

Policy & Legal Adherence:

Balancing business needs with legal requirements.

Support System:

Counseling employees and advising managers.

Data & Reporting:

Analyzing HR metrics for informed decisions.
Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of labor laws. Conflict resolution and counseling abilities. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,533.72 - ₹30,143.37 per month
