The HR Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations for the 2-wheeler showroom, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth workforce management across Sales, Service, Spares, and Accounts departments.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle recruitment for showroom staff (Sales Executives, CREs, Technicians, Cashiers, Admin staff, etc.)
Coordinate interviews and issue offer letters & appointment letters
Manage employee onboarding and induction process
Attendance & Payroll Support
Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounts department
Track overtime, incentives, and monthly deductions
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee personal files and HR records
Prepare HR documents: appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, exit letters
Handle employee exit formalities and final settlements
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances
Support disciplinary actions and performance management
Promote a positive and professional work culture
Training & Engagement
Coordinate induction and basic training programs
Support sales and service training schedules
Assist in employee engagement activities and performance reviews
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
