Key Responsibilities:
? End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
? Screen resumes & coordinate interviews
? Handle job portals, LinkedIn & referrals
? Maintain candidate database & MIS
? Support HR operations and documentation
Skills Required:
Strong communication & coordination
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll
Experience with payroll software
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn,etc)
Good knowledge of hiring processes
Target-oriented & proactive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
