Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
Conduct onboarding and induction for new joiners
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist with attendance, leave management, and basic payroll support
Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and HR activities
Address employee queries and provide HR support
Ensure company policies and HR procedures are followed
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualification:
Any Degree (MBA HR preferred)
