Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Planning staff training, skill development, and continuous education programs
Drafting HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, and appointment letters
Supporting department heads with manpower planning and productivity monitoring
Maintaining a positive work culture, ethical standards, and patient-centric values
Attendance tracking, leave records, and monthly salary closing coordination
Supporting management with staff documentation and daily HR operations
