We are hiring motivated HR Executives / Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or restart their HR career and gain hands-on experience in recruitment within IT and digital marketing domains.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and updates
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily recruitment reports
Assist with onboarding and basic HR operational activities
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
