Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Handle end-to-end recruitment
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Source candidates through job portals, consultancies, referrals, and direct sourcing
Screen, interview, and schedule technical and HR rounds
Conduct salary negotiation and rollout offers
Handle bulk and lateral hiring
HR Operations:
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records (personal files & digital HRMS)
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Process PF, ESI, and payroll inputs
Issue HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, and relieving letters
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes
Coordinate statutory audits and inspections
Maintain statutory registers and records
Liaise with labour department and government authorities when required
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of manufacturing HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS tools & ERP
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification:
MBA in HR or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR (Manufacturing Industry preferred)
