The role involves end-to-end hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Candidates with 2-4 years of HR experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Lead recruitment efforts for various hotel departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Workforce Planning:
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
Onboarding & Induction:
Design and execute structured onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.
Employee Relations:
Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and grievances professionally.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, hotel policies, and maintain accurate HR records.
Training Support:
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating skill development sessions.
Performance Monitoring:
Support appraisal processes and provide inputs for employee growth and retention.
Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in
hospitality or industrial catering
.
Recruitment Expertise:
Proven track record in bulk and specialized hiring.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
