Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Handle onboarding formalities, joining documentation, and induction programs.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and act as a point of contact.
Maintain a positive and healthy work environment.
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and salary revisions.
Ensure timely completion of probation reviews and appraisal cycles.
Payroll & Compliance
Assist in monthly payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and organizational standards.
Coordinate with finance and management for payroll issues.
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal systems.
Track employee performance and share reports with management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work with confidentiality.
