Key Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge or experience in handling job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with clients Good multitasking and time management abilities Willingness to manage follow-up calls, emails, and multiple vacancies

Roles & Responsibilities

Posting job openings and sourcing candidates through various job portals Screening resumes and scheduling interviews Coordinating with clients for feedback and hiring updates Maintaining candidate databases, trackers, and follow-up records Supporting onboarding processes and basic HR operations Ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
