Eligibility:
MBA HR or MSW, Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT & ITES Recruitment, HR Management, and Admin Activities.

Roles & Receptibilities:
Preparing and Updating HR Policies
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing pre joining formalities and paperwork for new hires.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Induction of manpower
Attendance and payroll process.
Salary, PF, and other statutory compliance, and coordinate with finance team.
Exit process management
Training and coordination
Employee engagement activities
Handling employee grievances.
