Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll inputs including new joiner/exits, attendance, and revisions.
Prepare HR letters and maintain employee documentation.
Coordinate induction, employee engagement programs, and training activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and issue resolution.
Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal documentation.
Ensure HR policy compliance and support statutory requirements (PF/ESI/Gratuity).
