Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
Manage recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle employee queries and provide timely support.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination support.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and engagement activities.
Ensure statutory compliance including
ESI & PF processes
.
Support day-to-day HR tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in HR.
Hindi fluency is mandatory
(spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software (preferred).
