We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and able to handle people processes smoothly.
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and ID creation
Handle exit process: relieving letters, F&F coordination, and clearance
Maintain employee personal files and HRMS records accurately
Attendance & HR Operations
Monitor attendance, leaves, late marks, and generate weekly/monthly reports
Ensure policy adherence and support in policy implementation
Handle employee queries and provide timely solutions
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events
Conduct feedback sessions and support employee welfare initiatives
Maintain a positive work environment through open communication
Compliance & Reporting
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and monthly HR metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory needs
Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and attendance reconciliation
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in HR
Strong in recruitment, reporting, and HR operations
Good communication skills and professional attitude
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
