As an HR & Admin Executive at Swift Prosys Pvt Ltd, you will leverage your one year of experience and MBA background to support our HR and administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing administrative tasks, and contributing to various projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, changes, and terminations.
Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to benefits.
Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.
Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all administrative needs are met efficiently.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics for management review.
Support internal audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Additional Duties:
Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and administrative functions.
Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a supportive work culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
MBA with a focus on HR or Business Management is highly preferred.
Minimum 2 year of experience
in HR and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and administrative processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
