Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling)
Handle onboarding and induction process for new employees
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly
Assist in attendance, leave management, and basic payroll support
Coordinate with departments regarding HR-related processes
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Prepare HR documentation, letters, and reports
Assist in organizing training programs and HR activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR operations and MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualification:
Any degree (MBA HR preferred)
